Workshop Description

Improve staff retention by building a creatively confident culture where team members trust their own ideas, persevere when things don’t work out, and see mistakes as learning opportunities. We'll explore the intersection between resiliency, retention, and creative confidence. Review the research on how to operationalize practices that will bolster your teams potential.
